First-person account of Glory Casino in Bangladesh

A correspondent for the local portal “Bangla Gaming Post” sat down with 29-year-old Rafiq Hossain (name changed at his request), who shared his experience with the online casino Glory Casino. Below is the uncensored story.
— Rafiq, how did you first hear about Glory Casino?
— A Facebook ad. It promised a 100 % first-deposit bonus and “instant withdrawals.” I deposited ৳5,000 (≈ US $45) through bKash—credited instantly. Two hours later my balance read ৳80,000. I requested a withdrawal of ৳50,000. Then the nightmare began…

— First they asked for passport screenshots, then a selfie with the passport, then utility-bill receipts. I sent everything. After that—silence. The live-chat keeps replying with templates: “Please wait, the payment system is overloaded.” A week passed—no money. Other players started messaging me: one’s ৳7,000 stuck, another’s ৳30,000. On Trustpilot there are already 60+ negative reviews telling the same story.
— Did you try contacting customer support?
— They advertise 24/7, right? They hang up as soon as you say “withdrawal.” Once an operator flat-out told me: “We are not responsible for delays by our payment partners.” Yet the money is with them!
— But the casino markets itself as “licensed in Curaçao” and “secure”…
— A licence is just a piece of paper. SSL encryption doesn’t help when they simply refuse to pay. Buried in the fine print it says: “The company reserves the right to request additional verification without time limits.” Meaning they can stall forever.
— You’re not the only one?
— Our Telegram chat already has 200+ members. Some lost ৳120,000, others ৳200,000. Every day admins post screenshots of support chats—same robotic replies. Glory Casino doesn’t even hide it; they know we’re not going anywhere.
— What do you tell others now?
— Don’t repeat my mistake. If you must play, stick to proven platforms where withdrawals are hassle-free. Glory Casino? It’s like a lottery where you can’t collect the prize. I spent three months trying to claw back my ৳50,000, but I finally see it’s just a scheme. Better to spend the money on family than feed these… (expletive deleted).
Glory Casino’s Position
At the time of publication, the casino’s press office had not responded to Bangla Gaming Post’s inquiry. The site still advertises “100 % bonus + 250 free spins,” while its FAQ states: “Withdrawals are processed within 7 days but may be delayed due to verification checks.”
P.S. After the interview Rafiq sent a screenshot: his Glory Casino account was blocked for “suspicious activity.” The ৳80,000 balance was never returned.
